Find the organisations your sales team should be talking to.
Alertedly maps the sports clubs, leagues and facilities in your market and shows how each one appears to handle registration or booking today: a basic form, a manual or in-house process, or a platform you can replace. Every lead comes with public evidence to review before reaching out.
Some of your best prospects aren’t on a competitor. They’re on a Google Form.

Three kinds of lead. One map of your market.
Some prospects use a competitor. Others still rely on a basic form or a manual process, and the pitch to them is an upgrade, not a switch. Alertedly finds all three.
- 01Basic forms
Clubs still running on basic forms.
Clubs and facilities whose registration appears to rely on Google Forms, Jotform, a printable form, or a form or checkout made with their website builder, rather than sports software.
No specialist platform in view, so the pitch may be an upgrade rather than a switch. Qualify what else they use before you call.

A lead list your reps can review and work.
Ten real rows. Each has the organisation, its website, location and sport, its classification and current setup, a confidence level, the evidence source and a reason to investigate.
What could we find in your market? Coverage depends on the sport, the region and what organisations make public. Tell us yours and we’ll show you real leads.

Every classification is grounded in the public evidence available, and comes with the page that shows it. Where the evidence is incomplete or ambiguous, the result says so rather than presenting a guess as a fact.
Basic forms and manual processes
Google Forms, JotForms, printable forms and phone sign-ups, each with the page that shows them.

- 93.2%
Of the classifications returned, the share that matched the independently researched label.

- 76.7%
Of all organisations in the test, the share that received a useful, correct result.

- Source-linked
Each result includes the public source behind its classification.
How we measure
- The test
- Holdout 8, a sealed blind test scored in October 2026. One round, not an average: results vary between rounds, platforms and markets.
- The sample
- Real US youth and amateur sports organisations across many sports, fixed before the run and not used to build or tune the system before it was scored.
- What counts as correct
- The classification matches an independently researched label: the named platform, or the basic or manual process seen instead. Disagreements between researchers are settled blind.
- How unknowns count
- When the evidence is too thin, the system holds back. Those organisations, and sites that failed to load, count against coverage.
- Mixed setups
- When a club uses more than one system, the one that takes its main registration or booking decides the classification. The others are noted.
A source is evidence to inspect
Each result links to the public page behind it, so your team can check why it was classified that way before reaching out.
“No visible specialist platform” is a lead to qualify
A public website can’t show everything. The organisation may still run something offline or behind a log-in.
